Honda Other description
1982 Honda GL500 silverwing interstate edition, attractive shape for the year runs perfect. I use this as a commuter bike to and from work which is 80mis a day i average 48MPG and with the full fairing i can ride in cold or wet weather with no issues. 17k miles. Bike could use new tires but im still riding with the ones on it, brakes are good doesn't burn oil or leak anything. Picture has the single seat installed but i have the pass seat along with the slim rear trunk. Bike is a joy to ride its no powerhouse but it has plenty of TQ so it rides very well. As i said it could use a set of tires and a new paint job but its good as is for whatever you want. i would like to get rid of it before snow flies so i don't have to store this bike and have room for my new one.Not interested in trades sorry.1100 OBO Thanks

Honda Developing V4 MotoGP Production Racer
Fri, 22 Jun 2012Honda is reportedly developing a production racer based on its RC213V racebike that could be sold to teams looking to compete in MotoGP. The new racebike is expected to be of a lower-spec than the RC213V prototype but perform better than a CRT machine with a production-based engine. According to a report by racing site MotoMatters and French magazine Moto Journal, the new V4-engined production racer will be sold to race teams instead of being leased, as is the case with current satellite teams and their race prototypes.
