1982 Honda Sabre , This is a one of a kind find. I purchased this bike new in 1982 when I worked for Honda as a dealership mechanic. Its never been wrecked and has been stored inside its whole life and has been professionally maintained. I just installed new steering head bearings, new Michelin tires, new rear brakes, and new fork seals. Everything works just as it did right off the show room floor. This bike was a head of its time for technological advancement. Features include: The smoothest 750cc engine made due to a perfectly primary balanced 90 deg. V-4 DOHC engine, shaft drive, fibre-optic anti-theft alarm system, TRAC adjustable anti-dive front suspension, Pro-link rear suspension, air adjustable front and rear suspension, hydraulic actuated clutch, dual front disc brakes, six speed trany, self canceling turn signals, electronic instrument cluster with electronic fault display, and LCD gear display. Honda Team HRC To Compete In 2014 Dakar Rally
Fri, 20 Dec 2013Today Honda announced that through its official racing arm, Team HRC, the company will be tackling the 2014 Dakar Rally, one of the most grueling off-road races in the world. The race starts on January 5 and lasts until January 18. Five riders—Helder Rodrigues (Portugal), Sam Sunderland (United Kingdom), Javier Pizzolito (Argentina), Joan Barreda (Spain), and Paulo Goncalves (Portugal)—will ride the CRF450 Rally, a rally-racing bike specially developed for the 2014 Dakar.

Wed, 05 Sep 2012Makers of fine exhausts, Taylormade Racing have built a Moto2 racer that harks back to the innovative machines like the Elf Honda 500 and Britten V1000. Since Moto2's inception in 2010 the class has featured bikes with conventional chassis but the Taylormade bike, designed by Paul Taylor and John Keogh, has a radical design featuring a carbon-fibre monocoque frame, carbon-fibre swingarm, wishbone monoshock front suspension and an under-seat radiator. However, with such radical engineering the inherent problem is that it is a risk for teams to invest in such a project.
