Honda Other description

This is my 82 Honda CX500 TURBO  that has been in storage for over 3 yrs,  was running when parked but will need TLC before tearing up the road again.  The bike is in great overall shape for its age but the known issues are, Brakes stick,  rear one has rebuild kit for it thats included, missing a washer for fuel petcock, air filter  was taken out and hasn't been replaced, will need battery, (got a Brand new unfilled one I'll throw in if it goes for it now price ) and a Good cleaning and lube. Tires Are new, replaced before put in storage.

Not sure what else I'm only selling because I'm a disabled veteran in poor health and can't ride anymore.  I also have 2 other Honda Turbos, 1 650 and another 500 both restored I'm selling. I planned on restoring this one but health issues have prevented me from riding anymore.

There's NO RESERVE on this bike and even if you parted this bike out it's worth more than the buy it now price.  Only 2500 of these bikes where made and Very Few are still on the road, Here's your chance to own a rare classic.
Contact me with any questions,  thanks for looking

Capirossi Announces Retirement at Conclusion of 2011 Season

Thu, 01 Sep 2011

Loris Capirossi announced he will retire at the end of the 2011 MotoGP season, closing off a quarter century of racing including 22 years at the Grand Prix level and three World Championships. “It’s an important moment in my career, and the decision I made has come about after a lot of reflection,” says Capriossi. “I’m happy that after 25 years, of which 22 were in the world championship, I’m at a point where I can still have a smile on my lips as I part ways, even if it’s difficult to think that I won’t be riding a bike next year.” The announcement was made during a press conference at Misano for the upcoming San Marino Grand Prix, the final Italian stop of the 2011 season.

2012 Honda CRF250L Announced for Europe But Not For America … Yet

Wed, 29 Feb 2012

Honda announced it will introduce the new CRF250L to Europe this year. North American availability has not been confirmed, though it appears the new dual-sport, which shares a similar engine to the Honda CBR250R, may soon be announced for these shores. While there’s no official word on the Honda CRF250L in the U.S.,the liquid-cooled dual sport has already appeared in North America, appearing last weekend at the Montreal Motorcycle Show.

2022 Honda ADV350 First Look (from Afar)

Tue, 23 Nov 2021

We saw a bunch of Honda X-ADV scooters on our pass through Rome a few weeks ago, and felt jealousy. When American Honda invited us to ride a new minimoto last week, we hoped against hope… alas, it was the Navi. For the new year, we can be even more covetous, as Honda Europe now has an ADV350 that’s bigger, badder, and cooler.
