1982 Honda CX500 TURBO

I am the original owner, purchased 2/18/1982 and waited months for it to come in. Unfortunately the tool kit and owners manual were missing and the Honda shop kept promising them but they never came so they are missing. Parked bike in 1994 when my daughter was born. Always stored in basement but has not been started since 1994. Some rust in tank. Small nick on front fender and light wear or rear turn signal from helmet hanging. Original Honda key has top of key ring holder broke. Bike was serviced and ran when parked. Bike has 7704.3 original miles. The price is reflects the fact that this bike will need a little TLC. The bike is being sold "AS IS" and for local pickup only.

Fri, 17 Aug 2012

At the Indianapolis MotoGP Stefan Bradl's LCR Honda will be sporting this one-off Red Bull livery. The MotoGP rookie has been impressive so far in his debut year with a fantastic riding style. So hopefully he'll continue his run of form and encourage the energy drink giant to stay on board, as the colours look smart on the Honda RC213V.
