A pair of exceptionally nice condition Honda XL 80S motorcycles showing 76 and 227 miles respectively on the odometers. I have cleaned the carbs, installed fresh non ethanol fuel, gapped the plugs, and lubed the chains. All of the lights, blinkers, hi/lo, and brake lights work as should. Bikes run and shift well as should with low miles. Tanks are exceptionally clean inside. Both bikes have original tool kit on board and new batteries installed. This is a very nice pair of original condition his and her bikes purchased new in the spring of 1981 by a now 80 year old couple. 100 dollar non- refundable deposit due at close of auction with cash balance due at time of pick up. Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.
