Correct seat, exhaust, shocks, turn signals, etc. Bike is bone stock original and pristine. Bike has "factory upgrade kit'' please check out the photos. Bike has the correct cylinder studs installed by the factory (factory recall) for those who wish to display or show this bike to be 100% correct. Only minor imperfection is a slight small chrome stain on right exhaust and 1 tiny paint chip about the size of the end of a pen on tail section neither are even noticeable. This is the nicest unrestored 79 CBX I have seen anywhere.

Top box trauma

Wed, 24 Nov 2010

I've struggled with my Honda hard luggage over the past few months, I have to admit. To much office hilarity (and piss taking) I managed to lose the top box just a few miles from the office. I thought the locating mechanism was fastened securely but the first rapid getaway from the first set of traffic lights on Upper Street proved me wrong. It was at least a mile before I noticed that my top box was absent.

Chasing Summer – Baja Champions Star in Red Bull Web Series [Video]

Wed, 18 Jan 2012

Kendall Norman and Cody Quinn are starring in a new YouTube video series produced by Red Bull, featuring the two multiple-time Baja winners preparing for the 2011 Baja 1000. The two riders teamed up with Hollywood stunt rider Logan Holladay to win the 2011 Baja 1000 for the JCR Honda team in November. To prepare for the competition, Norman, a six-time Baja 1000 and Baja 500 champion, and Quinn, four-time Baja 1000 winner, rode  Honda CRF450Xs on a 12-day, 2800-mile off-road trip exploring the terrain between San Diego and Baja.

A postcard from Moto GP Jerez

Fri, 04 May 2012

If the weather over the Jerez Moto GP weekend was dull then the atmosphere in the press room was the complete opposite.  After the carnage and chaos during the Moto 3 race, the amazing Romano Fenati (in only his second GP) had the Italian journalists celebrating as he crossed the line to win. I smiled as they simultaneously began singing ‘Y Viva Espana’ as if to signify the end of Spanish dominance in the junior GP class.
