FUEL TANK WITH ORIGINAL HONDA EMBLEMS WAS SEALED INSIDE, MEDIA BLASTED TO BARE METAL THEN PRIMED & PAINTED WITH AUTOMOTIVE BASE COAT/CLEAR COAT. THE FENDERS ARE HONDA & HAVE SOME MINOR IMPERFECTIONS. NEW FUEL LINES INSTALLED. ENGINE IS A 110 LIFAN MOTOR 4 GEAR SEMI-AUTOMATIC. SHIFT PATTERN IS 1-N-2-3-4 ONE DOWN & three UP. MOTOR IS NEW & THE FACTORY RECOMMENDED BREAKIN IS APPROXIMATELY. 500-600miS BEFORE OPERATING AT FULL THROTTLE. BIKE HAS 89+ MILES AT LOW RPM & SPEED. RUNS & SHIFTS GREAT WITH NO SMOKE & NO OIL LEAKS. Day 5 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins Stage, Moves Into Overall Lead
Thu, 09 Jan 2014Red Bull KTM factory rider and three-time Dakar winner Marc Coma won stage five today followed by his teammate Jordi Viladoms and KTM supported rider Kuba Przygonski allowing KTM to scoop the top three places. Today´s stage five from Chilecito to Tucuman was characterized by hot temperatures, lots of sand and navigation in dry vegetation. Organizers decided to cancel the second part of the special for safety reasons and also because heavy thunderstorms threatened the area.
Honda Zoomer X Prototype – New Ruckus Concept Revealed in Thailand
Wed, 28 Mar 2012Honda Thailand unveiled a new prototype at the 2012 Bangkok International Motor Show showcasing the next generation of the Ruckus scooter. Known as the Zoomer in other markets, the Honda Ruckus is probably best known for its non-traditional scooter styling, with the usual tiny tires and wasp-like body replaced by a fat rubbers and exposed tube frame. The Honda Zoomer X maintains the original’s rugged-looking tires but instead of the exposed tubes, the Zoomer X has a boxy-looking structure, though like the original the space under the seat is exposed to the elements, so if you want to store something there you might have to break out the bungee cords.
