For Sale is a nice 1869 Honda sport 65 I have had sence the 1980's. This is a bike I tought my boys to ride on. They are both in their 30s now so it has just been setting on a shelf in my garage for years. I drained out the fuel and put fresh oil in at that time. A few years back I put on a new seat cover, peg rubbers, tail light and some new mirrors, but other than that it is pretty much original. This bike has less than 3000 actual miles. As expected with a bike of this age, there are some scratches and chips in the paint (no dents)and some rust on the chrome rims, but paint still has a very nice shine to it and plastic all still looks pretty good. Over all the bike is very nice. The title is still in original owners name but is signed off, I just never wanted to drive it on the road so I didn't change over. An inspection can be arranged by appointment only. If the bike needs to be shipped, we will ensure it is available for the transporter's schedule. If you have questions or want to discuss the bike call 608-330-0620 (no texting), e-mails might not get answered for several days as I don't work close to home and I don't have a phone that has access to e-mail. Fifty years later, that legendary run is remembered for inspiring one of the most significant off-road races in the world—the Baja 1000. In celebration, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is hosting a tribute dinner, one-day off road show, and summer-long exhibition called Braving Baja, 1,000 Miles to Glory.
