Honda Magna tech info
Honda Magna description
1983 V65 Magna 1100. Very fast. Runs perfect. Needs nothing. Not sold
with the windshield pictured. Has 45000 on the odometer but a 1985 motor
was installed with only 24000 on it. The 85 motor has the better
improved oil feed lines for the cam issues that were prevalent on the 83
models. Has the 1983 carbs install for the higher horsepower of 125 hp.
A V-4 engine with tons of low end torque. These Bikes were very fast
and were the Worlds fastest production motorcycle in 1983. If you don't
know this already then you really do not know what you are looking at.
Has a new front tire. Bike was repainted base/clear 6 months ago with a
pearl bright blue and new decals applied. Bike uses no oil. Has no leaks
oil or coolant runs perfect. Very fast with quite a handful of torque
and energy. Honda reliability with the 1100's only made for three years. You are welcome to preview it before bidding. Priced to sell. Ready to
ride.currently registered.Title in hand.
Also the blue grips in a couple of the pics were removed. I bought new foam grips and installed them you can see in other pictures.

I wanted to add I noticed the left front fork slightly leaks oil. I had changed the fork oil about two weeks ago and slightly over filled the left fork. It may just be that but I wanted the Buyer to be aware. The forks hold the 0-6 recommended air pressure just fine and they do not loose air so It is odd to me that the fork will seep slightly. I lowered the air from 6 to 2 psi to see what would happen. Either way it just actually gave me a nicer ride and smoothed out the road a bit more. If you are going to be a aggressive rider then you will want to stiffen the adjustment on the rear New Progressive shocks and run 4-6 psi in the front on the air. Other note the Progressive shocks are brand new just installed two weeks ago and what a difference from the stock Magna suspension which no matter where I set it was two harsh. Now this bike is just a joy too ride. Easy driving cruiser but when you want the power hang on! Ken

Also this bike was relisted do to a non paying bidder. He apperantly had lost his job at auction end and did not complete the transaction. So please if you have no intentions on buying this Don't bid. I take E bay very seriously for my transactions as my Feedback score shows. This bike is priced to sell well below what most V65's sell for.Thank you and good luck. Ken

The three-time reigning champion found himself well back after the first corner as Yoshimura Suzuki‘s Jake Moss took the holeshot ahead of Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton and the KTM‘s Ryan Dungey. Brayton took over the lead by the second corner and would stay in front for the first 13 laps.
