Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. “The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday

The stage is set for ”The Meet at ACM” motorcycle show this weekend in Tacoma, WA. While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.

Honda Announces 2014 Cruisers, Customs and XR650L

American Honda announced several models returning for the 2014 model year with no changes save for a couple of new color options, but the same pricing as 2013. These 2014 model announcements include Honda’s 750cc Shadow cruisers, its 1300cc customs, the entry-level 250cc Rebel cruiser and the XR650L dual-sport. Those waiting for more substantial changes will have to wait a bit longer for more 2014 Honda announcements.
