2007 Honda Gold Wing 1800, I bought this bike new in 2007. I have ridden it on three long trips across the US, riding through all 48 lower states. Other than that I have taken it on a handfull of rides here in the south. Most of the time is just sits in the garage covered up and plugged into a battery tender. This bike has a brand new rear tire and only a few thousand miles on the front. It has the comfort package with heated seats and backrest for the passenger, as well as heated grips. I also got the CB radio option when I purchased it. My favorite feature is the GPS Nav system, with the current updated installed. Other than a pair of slip on mufflers, riders backrest, and taller windshield, this bike is totally stock. I always changed the oil and did the maintenance as suggested per manual. Honda Teases New 2014 Off-Road Model – Video
Thu, 09 May 2013American Honda released a video teasing a new 2014 off-road model which will be revealed in May 14. The 2:21 video was shot with an action camera mounted along the top of the swingarm as the mystery model races around a motocross track. The most obvious conclusion is the teaser is for the 2014 Honda CRF450R or CRF250R.
Casey Stoner to Retire After 2012 MotoGP Season
Thu, 17 May 2012Two-time MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner has announced he will retire following the end of the 2012 season. Rumors of Stoner’s impending retirement plans have been floating around for weeks with the 26-year-old Repsol Honda racer saying he will continue racing until he no longer enjoyed it. That seems to be the case now as the 2007 and 2011 MotoGP Champion announced he will retire at a press conference ahead of this weekend’s French Grand Prix at Le Mans.
