Honda Gold Wing description

This Comfort Package, mint condition GoldWing is one of the best touring machines you can own. I am the original owner and have taken some trips, and all the reviews from the respected publications are spot on. This newly redesigned Wing has the speed and comfort for anybody who likes to hit the open road. I put $2,000 in extras to enhance my personal comfort.

  1. Floorboards instead if pegs
  2. Foot extension pegs to stretch your legs.
  3. Fog Lights that make a world of difference at night, and more visibility during the day.
  4. Yellow /chrome lights at the tip of the headlights. You have 8 lights on the front, hopefully you will never hear the dreaded words ''I didn't see him!''
  5. I put in accessory D/C socket Kit to charge a cell, GPS, iPod, etc.
  6. Vance and Hines wide oval exhaust that has a sweet rumble. It is not loud, but it will put a smile on your face whenever you turn the ignition key.
  7. Gel/sheepskin gel seat so you will never sweat in the saddle again. Worth every penny
  8. License Goldwing frame for you license plate. Really sets the bike off with the wide oval exhaust.
  9. Kureyakin Hand grips, heated of course
  10. Chrome beverage holder, great accessory in Florida. I have authentic Decal on the saddlebag and frame, get some nice compliments, (especially from Harley riders) it is my personal taste, if you don't like it, it will come off  with any solvent like tar remover.
  11. The surround system is awesome so your ipod/mp3 player connects in the top bag and the controls are at your fingertips.
  12. Honda sunshade bike cover (will prevent plastics from fading in the hot sun)
  13. Honda mat inserts also included for all three panniers
A new comfort package Wing with these options will be $25,000 plus. I am selling due to health reasons, otherwise I would keep her forever.  The buy it now is a generous deal for a smart buyer who has researched this bike. With the extended warranty $600 cost, you have nothing to worry about. The warranty is by Honda.  The bike is financed through Honda and the winning bidder will receive the title in 2 weeks or less.   I have 100% feedback so I will take care of this as soon as the funds are deposited.  I have a almost new ARAI helmet (L) used 2 times, that I will give to the bidder who uses the  BUY IT NOW  feature..... Good Luck

Geeky snippets ahead of the Phillip Island MotoGP

Tue, 13 Oct 2009

Valentino Rossi has finished on the podium eleven times in his twelve visits to Phillip Island across all three GP classes. The only race at Phillip Island that he did not finish in the top three was on his first visit riding a 125cc machine in 1997 when he finished sixth. In 1998 and 1999 he won the 250cc races and since then has had nine podiums in the premier-class including five victories, the last of which was in 2005.
