Honda Gold Wing description

This Trike is about as new as a 2008 can be. I mean show room quality. The trike is being sold to settle the estate. The rider died of cancer and his widow says sell! This Goldwing was purchased new to be triked. It was newer ridden as a two wheeler. It is the Navigation Model and that comes with several factory options like heated seats. It started to sprinkle rain while I was taking pictures of the bike so you will see the droplets in some of the pictures. By the way all the pictures were taken on Wed. July 10, 2013.

I hardly know where to begin listing all the options and accessories. I will categorize by detailing the bike, then the trike.

The Bike has reverse gear, EZ Steere (4.5 degree), AM FM CB with passenger volume controls and CB switch. Heated seats/with passenger temp control, velour seat covers. (These are custom fitted over the original factory seat) Spoiler, Chromed luggage rack, Heated clothing jack and connectors for rider and passenger, Kuryakyn passenger arm rests/with cup holder, Kuryakyn heated grips, Upper and lower air wings, Mega lighted chrome accents. This means that much of the chrome has LED light strips in them such as the fork chrome tips the side vents, the top box handle and others. Several pieces of chrome; some are Add On and some areKuryakyn brand. Bike has running lights.

The Trike is a Motor Trike Corp full kit and was installed by Win's Bikes and Trikes, Rutland, Vermont a top 10 Motor Trike Dealer several years running. This is what is referred to as a complete conversion kit where the complete motorcycle rear is removed and a complete two wheel rearend is  mounted in it's place. Motor Trike is the premier trike kit manufacturer. The Motor Trike kit trunk is huge and is carpeted, with a cargo light, rear chrome light bar bumper, Aqua Shields, which are fiberglass running boards that go under the complete motorcycle( very expensive when new), on board air compressor and Air bag suspension, embroidered fender bras, chrome license plate bracket, rear mud flaps and much more as you can see in the photos.

Nothing was spared with this trike. All the accessories are top quality and it has all the options one could purchase from the manufacturer. This is priced to sell and you know that the Navigation Model from Honda was very expensive. Here is your chance to have a top of the line Goldwing and the top of the line trike kit with Aqua Shields for a low price of $27,500 buy now. I think this will sell fast. I would hate to total up the cost of all this when new. The seller has this trike for sale locally and reserves the right to end the auction early if it sells locally.

Good luck!! Bid early, you will not regret it one bit. This is good stuff!!

2014 AMA Supercross – Daytona Results

Mon, 10 Mar 2014

Ryan Villopoto was dominant in Daytona, leading all 20 laps to win his third race of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki ride strengthened his hold on the 2014 AMA Supercross championship lead, padding his lead over Red Bull KTM riders Ryan Dungey and Ken Roczen. The reigning three-time champion was far and away the fastest racer on the Daytona International Speedway infield, posting lap times more than a second faster than anyone else.

Very, very, very fast Honda C90!

Fri, 26 Nov 2010

Takegawa are a company based on Osaka, Japan. They make so many hop-up parts for small Honda engines that it's possible to build a brand new, complete engine from their catalogue using no Honda parts at all. Four valve heads, double overhead camshaft kits, stroker cranks, big bore Nikasil barrels, slipper pistons, dry clutches, huge carbs and close ratio gear kits are all available.

BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates

Tue, 03 Jan 2012

In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.
