Honda Gold Wing description

1999 Honda Goldwing GL 1500 SE with 6 cyclinder   engine and only 26779 miles. This anniversary bike had some abs issues that required repair or replacement which has been done. This the ultimate touring machine  with comfortable air controlled ride and cruise control. Plenty of storage room as well. While cruising listen to an am/fm cassette radio with speakers front and back. There is also a CB radio and  driver to passenger intercom. This  candy red spectra finish with lots of chrome accents  turns heads. Also has a ring of fire on the front wheel. Most everything can be controlled from the handle bars. This bike is equipped with a 5 speed transmission which includes overdrive. It also has reverse.

Hometown hero Ryan Dungey put a stop to Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak, taking the victory before 48,846 supportive fans at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn. The Red Bull KTM rider from nearby Belle Plaine, Minn., stalked Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto for most of the race before taking the lead and winning the 20-lap race by just 0.903 seconds. The win put Dungey into second place in the standings ahead of Rockstar Suzuki‘s Davi Millsaps and perhaps more importantly, cut away at Villopoto’s points lead.

On the 11th January 1962, Steve Hislop was born in Hawick, Scotland. Today would have been his 50th birthday, but he was tragically killed in a helicopter accident in 2003. Hizzy was a genius on a motorbike and when he was happy with everything around him, he was amongst the best in the world.

WSBK 2013: Donington Park Race Report

Tom Sykes had an outstanding weekend in front of his home fans, scoring a pair of wins at the World Superbike Championship round at the United Kingdom’s Donington Park. The Kawasaki racer led every session from first qualifying onwards, before leading all 23 laps in both races for the double. The double victory brings Sykes to within 4 points of series leader Sylvain Guintoli who had a decent weekend himself with a pair of podium finishes.
