For sale is an absolutely gorgeous 1996 Honda Goldwing Interstate with lots of extras. It starts, runs, and shifts perfectly. It has been garaged since I have owned it, and am selling it since I don't ride it as much. It has 64K miles on it, and as any Goldwing owner will tell you, these bikes can cross the 200K mark easily. I last changed the oil and filter at 62233 miles. Since I bought the bike from the previous owner, I have installed new tires, battery, plugs, headlight bulbs, K&N air filter.
Here are the extras: Kuryakyn ISO-Grips with throttle rocker (ISO throttle boss) K&N Air filter 2 Rear speakers (for a full set of 4 - 2 in front and 2 in the rear) Driving/cornering light set with chrome shield Fairing markers, trunk and saddle bag light sets Clymer repair manual, 2 sets of keys, and a clear Georgia title. McGuinness Tests Mugen Shinden Electric Race Bike
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Isle of Man TT veteran John McGuinness recently got a chance to test the new Mugen Shinden electric rice bike to prepare for the 2012 TT Zero. The test took place at the Twin Ring Motegi in Japan, a world-class racing circuit but perhaps not-coincidentally, a track built and owned by Honda, further fueling the belief the Mugen effort is a front for the Japanese manufacturer. The Honda-contracted McGuinness put the Shinden through its first big test, helping the Mugen team gather data on the electric racer.
