This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely.  The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale.  Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any statements about the vehicle. 


TAXES AND FEEES

We are a licensed Florida dealer.  FLORIDA BUYERS pay 7% tax plus county surtax.  Buyers outside of Florida pay your applicable state.  Registration fee applies to FLORIDA BUYERS, out of state buyers responsible for registration fees in their home state.  In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees.  Our documentation fee is $169.00 and is applied to ALL sales.  All transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.


DEPOSIT 

We require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction to hold the vehicle.  Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! 


PAYMENT ACCEPTED

We  accept PayPal for deposits ONLY!  Balance must be in the form of cash, wire transfer, certified check or 3rd party financing.  Payment must be in US dollars and received WITHIN 7 DAYS of auction close.  If the remaining balance is not paid within the 7 days, we reserve the right to resell the item.  Please have financing options prior to bidding on our listings.

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
