Extras include: wind wings, chrome luggage rack, driver’s backrest, passenger’s arm rests, extra brake lights, running boards, tires like new, wired for plug in heat suits, the best of hand grips and throttle control assist, new Windshield with air vent, trailer hitch with wiring, and installed cup holder. The bike has been garage kept. The trike kit is for four wheels, so that if you want to remove the trike kit, you can go back to riding with two wheels. Wed, 23 May 2012You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.

I got to know a few of the guys there as they're local to me and helped put my 848 Challenge bike together. If you used to get your bike serviced there, you might wonder where you can now go to get it done.

Thu, 06 Oct 2011It was good to see my old HRC team mate Shinichi Itoh making his final Moto GP appearance last weekend at Motegi. At 44 he was a bit off the pace compared to his younger team mates, but that didn't matter as it was a joy just to see him circulating on what I reckon is most stunning GP bike ever. And I gladly braved the pit lane walkabout chaos just to dribble and take a few snaps. Unfortunately he lost the front in one session trashing a complete set of body work but was back in action on race day to grab a few world championship points.
