78 Honda Goldwing. I purchased this bike from the son of the original owner after his father passed away(paperwork to prove it). Included with purchase are the original headlight assembly and turn signals, tool kit, owners manual, shop manual, and cycle sound radio. Since I bought it I have had the following work done--new tires and battery, fork seals replaced, new o-rings in cooling system, carbs rebuilt, new brakes. Speakers are DWG waterproof with amp--plug in I-pod for tunes. All work was done locally by "The Shop" a place that specializes in VINTAGE bikes NOT named Harley. The "not perfect"--left side panel is cracked, seat has a few small tears, the travel trunk key assembly is missing, small scratch on left side bag, tach doesn't work. As it sits now this bike will be someones daily driver. With a little TLC it would be a great show piece. 2012 Honda CBR1000RR Officially Unveiled

Pictures of the 2012 Honda CBR1000RR actually leaked out last month from Hong Kong but official images and details are now out. The 2012 Honda CBR1000RR receives new Showa Big Piston forks, a new double-tube design rear shock, revised fuel injection settings, updated nose and tail and new 12-spoke cast aluminum wheels.

Thu, 06 Oct 2011It was good to see my old HRC team mate Shinichi Itoh making his final Moto GP appearance last weekend at Motegi. At 44 he was a bit off the pace compared to his younger team mates, but that didn't matter as it was a joy just to see him circulating on what I reckon is most stunning GP bike ever. And I gladly braved the pit lane walkabout chaos just to dribble and take a few snaps. Unfortunately he lost the front in one session trashing a complete set of body work but was back in action on race day to grab a few world championship points.
Hero Moto Unveils Leap Hybrid Scooter Concept, Claims 235 MPG
Fri, 06 Jan 2012Indian manufacturer and former Honda partner Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new hybrid scooter prototype at the 2012 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The Hero Leap runs on a series hybrid powertrain with the battery-powered electric motor providing most of the power and the gasoline engine acting as a range extender, charging the battery and supplying power when the battery runs low. Hero claims fuel economy of up to 100 km/l, which translates to an eye-popping 235 mpg.
