FOR SALE is my little Honda CT 70. It has ---- miles on it, clear SD title. I have removed the turn signals both front and rear. I have them in a box that goes with it. The reason is,,,,,, I lower the handle bars, shut the gas off, drain the carb, fold up the foot pegs, and load it in my airplane. I take the rear seats out and lay it on its side, then I have wheels wherever I go. This is the 4th one I have had. The turn signal and horn button do not work, but I have a genuine Honda replacement in the bag for it. This little baby is in my shop in Kadoka,SD, which is 90 miles east of Rapid City SD, right on Interstate 90, exit 150. I can hold it as long as needed for the buyer or someone representing the buyer in my shop, so there is no hurry for a pick up. I am a 76 year old man and as far as I can tell this one is all original and genuine. Not repainted or modified in any way. It is the best one I have ever owned. Wed, 28 Jul 2010Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. Mon, 23 Jul 2012Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.
Day 11 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins, Extends Overall Lead
Thu, 16 Jan 2014Day 11 marked the longest stage to date of the Dakar Rally, as the competitors tackled the 605km (376 miles) special stage, covering a variety of terrain, hard ground, mountains, plus 120km (75 miles) of sand and dunes in the Copiapo area. Despite this, and a fall at the beginning of the stage, Marc Coma again demonstrated his status as boss of the Dakar 2014, by picking up his third victory of the year, further reinforcing his position at the top of the general standings. Five-time Dakar winner Cyril Depres opened the piste for 400km before dropping slightly to finish just 02:31 behind Marc Coma in first.
