Honda CT description

well, my wife said either the motorcycle goes
or she goes...   she is working and makes a
good salary, so i am selling...

1982 honda ct-110 motorcycle...  i have had it
in my basement for the past 16 years, mostly
not being used...   i bought it from a gent
and he said he always stored it outside, but under
a plastic tarp...

anyway, i put in a new battery, drained and refilled
the gas tank and it started right up...   i cleaned
it up and it looks good...  yes, this year has the
two speed hi/lo transfer case...

i am including a rear milk carton box and the
bungee cords to attach...  also my motorcycle
helmet...

plus, missouri title, clymers repair book, some
parts microfiche, extra keys, and a 6volt battery
charger...

disclaimers:   when draining the old gas, there
was a lot of sediment from the fuel tank -- internal
rusting, i suppose...  the 6v charger does not plug
in, but i thought i could rig it if i ever wanted
to use it with some clips -- never did...

i will work with buyers...   you can pick it up
at my house in columbia, missouri...   i went to the
motorcycle shop and they recomended 1-888-haulbike...
i went to their website and was impressed...   i will
work with haulbike if that is your choice -- that
would be in the $750 range...   but you need to make
the arrangements and pay the shipping costs...

i have a paypal account...  i set the starting bid
at $1000, no reserve, and a seven day sale...

what else?  email me thru ebay or call 573-424-7446
and i can answer your questions...   i am including
pictures i took yesterday...

After the second Anaheim round, the four contenders, representing four different manufacturers, are separated by just 13 points.

Moto2 needs more radical bikes

Wed, 05 Sep 2012

Makers of fine exhausts, Taylormade Racing have built a Moto2 racer that harks back to the innovative machines like the Elf Honda 500 and Britten V1000. Since Moto2's inception in 2010 the class has featured bikes with conventional chassis but the Taylormade bike, designed by Paul Taylor and John Keogh, has a radical design featuring a carbon-fibre monocoque frame, carbon-fibre swingarm, wishbone monoshock front suspension and an under-seat radiator. However, with such radical engineering the inherent problem is that it is a risk for teams to invest in such a project.

2012 Honda NC700X and NC700S Debut in Canada – MSRP Expected to be “Under $9000″ [Video]

Sat, 10 Dec 2011

There are no plans yet to bring either model to the U.S., but Honda is bringing its new NC700S and NC700X models to Canada for the summer of 2012. American Honda will however, likely be keeping a close eye on how the new models do with its northern neighbor (or perhaps “neighbour”) before deciding whether to import the NC700 models stateside. Making their North American debuts at the 2011 Toronto Motorcycle Show, the naked standard NC700S and the more adventure-touring styled NC700X represent a new product family for Honda, sharing the same frame and 670cc parallel Twin engine with each other and the Honda Integra scooter-motorcycle crossover (speaking of which, there are no plans for the Integra to come to either the U.S.
