I have a museum quality mint freshly restored 1972 Honda trail 70. It's the rare H series with 4 speed manual transmission. Has approximately 150 miles since restoration. High quality 3 stage candy apple red with clear coat. Bead blasted rims and engine and other parts. Chrome is all new. Includes hard to find rear rack. Mirrors and rear foot pegs. Fully rebuilt 72cc engine. All parts Honda oem. Completely new, bearings, clutch, tires, cables, exhaust, seat, fuel tank, battery. Everything is new. This as good as it gets. Just purchased last year from renowned Bike builder who specializes in the 4 speeds. Have some other priorities so sadly must let this go. Serious inquiries only. Cash, local deals only, no shipping. Mon, 28 Apr 2014Heavy rains and a fortuitous red flag were the difference in the World Superbike Championship‘s visit to The Cathedral of motorcycle racing, the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands. Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli captured his second win of the season in Race 1, which was halted early by a red flag with five laps to go just as it looked like reigning WSBK champion Tom Sykes was gearing up for a final challenge. The second race was also shortened, not by a red flag but because of a rain, turning the 21-lap race into a 10-lap sprint.
Eric Bostrom to Race TTXGP for Brammo at Laguna Seca
Thu, 26 Jul 2012Eric Bostrom has signed on to ride the Brammo Empulse RR in the electric motorcycle race at Laguna Seca July 28-29. The race is the final stop on the TTXGP‘s North American series and a joint event with the FIM’s ePower series. The AMA racing veteran will join Steve Atlas to represent Team Icon Brammo at Laguna Seca.
Recall on Kuryakyn Transformer Passenger Floorboards for Honda Gold Wing
Tue, 20 Dec 2011Accessory manufacturer Küryakyn is issuing a recall on its Transformer passenger floorboards for the 2001-2011 Honda Gold Wing. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounts of the Küryakyn Transformer floorboards may crack and break free from the mounting bolts. The floorboards may unexpectedly fall off the motorcycle, potentially leading to a crash or injury.
