Honda CRF description

2013 Honda CRF150R Expert, Fresh out of the crate! - Small Bike, Big Trophies. The CRF150R may be Hondas smallest MX machine, but it has everything it needs to be a big winner. Consider the Honda CRF150Rs high-performance Unicam engine with lightweight counterbalancer shaft and drive gears. Or its fully adjustable Showa suspension to smooth out bumps while maintaining a high level of wheel control. And a Pro-Link rear suspension just like the big boys. In short, even though its designed for smaller racers, its big on the features you expect from a Honda. The CRF150R. For aspiring racers its just what every motocrosser wants. A great start.

Another Cruiser?

Sun, 09 Nov 2008

In a county gone mad with cruisers, from outrageous T.V. customs to 250cc Honda Rebels, the cruiser is the largest segment of the American motorcycle market. Interesting then, that despite a seeming glut in the cruiser supply, and receding sales figures from major OEMs in the past year, that new cruiser models keep coming.

EICMA 2011 Preview: 2012 Honda Crosstourer Headed for Production

Thu, 20 Oct 2011

Honda announced it will mass produce the Crosstourer adventure tourer unveiled first in concept form at the 2010 EICMA show in Milan, Italy. The 2012 Honda Crosstourer will use a V4 engine similar to the one used in the VFR1200F and will also be available with Honda’s dual clutch transmission. Long-travel suspension adds to the adventure touring theme, but the Crosstourer is still more suited to paved roads than dirt.

Showdown: 2021 Honda CRF300L Vs 2021 Kawasaki KLX300

Entry-level, exit-level, and all points in between Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield; Video by: Sean Matic | Videos by Sean Matic Honda’s first CL72 250 Scrambler was lashed to the bumper of many a Conestoga wagon as it made its way westward, and I’m pretty sure it was a Kawasaki KLX300 that I wheelied over backwards, circa 1997, that really dampened my enthusiasm for stunting. At least Honda’s had the decency to change its nomenclature over the years to give the impression of evolution. Kawasaki is standing pat with the 292 cc Single that’s powered its KLX since 1996, along with its KLX nomenclature.
