Weve given our quarter-liter wonder some serious upgrades for 2011 and it likes to win. Because theres a new 94 dB exhaust rule this year, we gave the CRF250R a new muffler. But we also gave it a new ECU settings which, combined with the exhaust, gives you more usable power, especially in the midrange. Its a win-win situation: A quieter bike and one thats even easier to ride. Like the CFR450R, we also gave the CRF250R a new Honda Progressive Steering Damper (HPSD) with a new, bigger 24 mm piston. That gives you more damping when you need it, but still remains as transparent as ever when you dont. Mon, 03 Jun 2013Michael Dunlop captured his second victory in the 2013 Isle of Man TT, winning the first Supersport race a day after doing the same in the Superbike race. But it was a different Dunlop that led early on the first lap. Older brother William Dunlop on the Milwaukee Yamaha R6 had the fastest time through Glen Helen, between the ninth and tenth milestones of the Isle of Man’s Mountain course.
