Has 37 hours total since purchase, hour meter was put on before it was ever ridden. This bike was never raced.
It has numerous upgrades, and was meticulously maintained. It was never pressure washed, but was washed after every ride. Always stored on a stand and traveled with fork bars (to stop sustained suspension compression). Upgrades include: Renthal twinwall Bars Oversize bar clamps Radiator Braces Renthal Gold chain Renthal sprocket Magura Hydraulic clutch Full Yoshimura exhaust Acerbis hand guards Hour meter Pro taper oversized footpegs Works connection skid plate Parts included but not installed: New renthal front sprocket 13t Hinson complete clutch kit (springs and plates) Stock Parts I also could sell: Full stock exhaust Extra full front wheel assembly two brand new front/rear tires (one sand, one mid-hardness) (never ridden in sand) Am willing to work with you on picking it up. The most beautiful race bike ever?
Thu, 06 Oct 2011It was good to see my old HRC team mate Shinichi Itoh making his final Moto GP appearance last weekend at Motegi. At 44 he was a bit off the pace compared to his younger team mates, but that didn't matter as it was a joy just to see him circulating on what I reckon is most stunning GP bike ever. And I gladly braved the pit lane walkabout chaos just to dribble and take a few snaps. Unfortunately he lost the front in one session trashing a complete set of body work but was back in action on race day to grab a few world championship points.

Wed, 23 May 2012You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.
