This fully restored vintage 1978 Elsinore CR125 is one of the classic collectible survivors. We believe the bike was restored by vintage iron in CA and had approximately 8k worth of restoration. It is believed to have spent it’s restored life as part of the Primm Collection in Las Vegas and then with the Moto Armory. Up for auction is a 2005 honda CR500AF. It is in good condition. I just rebuilt the motor and did a port and polish on the cylinder. The shop that did the work said it should have about 75hp to the wheels. Carb is a 38mm. Has desert tank and lots of extra anodized aluminum parts throughout. Brand new plastic just put on a week ago. No scratches. New seat cover at the same time. Very fast bike. Head has been milled alittle but starts with ease. 1992 Honda CR (1992)
Purchased this CR500 from the original owner. Bike was a pretty clean, low hour, original bike, but was looking a little tired cosmetically from woods/trail riding. Bike has just gone through a nice refurb/restoration. Frame was powder coated Flash Red (orange) and added new UFO Flash Red (90 Orange) plastics to match. Also refurbished a nice 1991 CR500 fuel tank. Frame, UFO plastics, and OEM tank colors match perfectly, bike shows of OEM quality inspired by the 1980's look! Added new transluscent colored OEM mud flap, fork guards, and DC plastics Honda Works HRC brake guard. Front UFO plate is white. Suspension was done w/ Race Tech Gold Valves and Race Tech springs (.46/kg front) and just serviced by EVO suspension; all new seals, bushings, oil, ect. New parts include: All Balls suspension linkage bearings, Scott grips, Renthal bar pad, racing reeds, NOS O'Neal racing pro style levers w/ OEM covers, OEM CRF450R bar clamps, air filter, CEET foam (stiff), nice repod seat cover, rear brake pads, OEM gas cap vent tube, Boyesen Factory stator/ignition cover and numerous OEM and aftermarket nuts/bolts. Bike has IMS wide footpegs, nice Renthal sprockets/ Renthal gold o-ring chain, Pro Circuit Platinum pipe w/ a few minor dents, FMF Powercore II silencer/spark arrestor, newer Dunlop MX51 front. Inner right clutch cover has been replaced, no water pump rot. When bike was disassembled everything was soda blasted, polished, ultrasonic cleaned, and greased. Anything that looked worn was replaced. Shined a flashlight in the exhaust port, cylinder and piston looked great, has good compression. Bikes been using Maxima 927 2 stroke oil. This is a very nice, clean, tight bike. Nothing was overlooked. This bike is ready to ride or take it to the next level and get some gold rims! Have a Washington State title. selling my sons cr 125r - bike is mint condition - has near 55 hours on it - new top end just done six hours ago and no races on the new top end - bike was raced lightly (not beat the heck out of for sure) for about one season by my son at only 135 lbs the race hours are five hours total - the rest are from just play riding - Please note a raced bike is the best bike to buy since it is always meticulous kept up with and maintained 10 times as much as just a field / trail bike that would probably have about 300 hours on it and not maintained much at all that wears everything out not to mention this bike was not raced much at all and when it was it was not even raced hard) bike was bought new as a left over in mid 2008 - and sat for 4yrs with not much riding on it at all till mid 2012 - things recently done - pro suspension - new tires - top of the line chain sprockets - fmf pipe and silencer - vforce reeds and full kit - carb jetted also new clutch - lots of bearings just for fun - have about $400 of extra brand new parts - 2 new spare extra oversized radiators plus a lot of other spare parts - ran bike at 30-1 only pre-owned the best oils full synthetic two stroke and crankcase oil - bike / motor is perfect with no problems at all - bike is maintained every time pre-owned, runs perfect starts 1st kick all the time and rides good and fast for a 125 . Fri, 23 Sep 2022Technical details revealed in Swiss vehicle data Honda‘s been teasing its new Hornet for several months now, first with a concept at EICMA, some design sketches in June, and more recently, details about its new Parallel-Twin engine. While we wait for Honda to officially reveal the the bike, we’ve managed to get further specifications for the 2023 Honda Hornet, thanks to vehicle certification data from Switzerland. The Swiss data lines up with what Honda has already revealed about the Hornet, including its 755cc Parallel-Twin Unicam engine and its claimed output of 90.5 hp at 9500 rpm, 55.3 lb-ft.

Until now, Honda has been very tentative when it comes to electrification, with its main focus being on developing swappable battery packs for electric two-wheelers. Its Japanese counterparts Yamaha and Kawasaki have outlined their own plans, while in North America, Harley-Davidson is days away from finalizing its LiveWire spin-off.
