Honda CR tech info
Honda CR description
This is a 2001 Honda CR500. The bike is in very good physical and operational condition. Bike has original steel bars. The rubber around the throttle and clutch lever doesn't even have any wear. The fork tubes and these guards don't even look like the bike has ever followed anyone. It was on the original tires and we replaced the rear with a new one. It has an almost new FMF full exhaust installed. The bike starts and runs excellent and it needs nothing to ride or display. The wheels, swingarm and lower frame do show some typical wear but no rust/corrosion issues as this is an Arizona bike. The seat cover is original and does have a couple blemishes but no tears. The gas tank has some light discoloration. This bike will include the Arizona Title, notarized and ready to sign over to the new owner. In Arizona titles are not labeled as on or off road and this title can be used to register this bike for on road use HERE. It is up to you to determine the laws in your state and I cannot help with that. I will ship at buyers expense and arrangement. I will prepare the bike for shipping by draining any fluids requested by the shipping company YOU hire. Shipping company must pick up the bike in Lake Havasu City. QUESTIONS? CONCERNS? RETURNS? Top box trauma
Wed, 24 Nov 2010I've struggled with my Honda hard luggage over the past few months, I have to admit. To much office hilarity (and piss taking) I managed to lose the top box just a few miles from the office. I thought the locating mechanism was fastened securely but the first rapid getaway from the first set of traffic lights on Upper Street proved me wrong. It was at least a mile before I noticed that my top box was absent.
I'm buying a Honda SH300i scooter
Thu, 06 Feb 2014I want to buy a second bike to get across town on the daily commute as I currently ride a 183bhp ZX-10R to work and while it's a peach of a bike, it tempts me into doing bad things on a daily basis. This has to stop. My criteria is fairly simple: I want something that is cheap to buy (close to £2k), cheap to run, frugal on the fuel, easy to ride, nimble through traffic, dull enough to not get nicked and ABS is a deal-maker.
