Honda CR description

Up For sale is my 1986 CR125. Selling to fund other bikes. Last year a light refresh was done on the bike and it has very little ride time since then. Everything is tight with fresh bearing's throughout the machine. Frame paint and plastics were left original and have some chipping and scratching but since the bike is only original once and I didn't want to change it. This is a really cool bike that I will miss having in my garage. It's not a show-bike but is by no means clapped out junker. It's ready to ride or race as is or it is a solid foundation to restore and bring it to the next level.

Asimo: Lazy bastard

Wed, 22 Aug 2012

Honda's ASIMO, Advanced Step in Innovative Mobility robot is a pretty cool thing. Until I'd seen it in the flesh (plastic?) I thought it was just a willy-waving exercise from Honda, but when I saw it running and walking up and down stairs, I was massively impressed. So, perhaps, one day, we'll have the ability to buy a relative of ASIMO to help us around the house, I thought to myself.

Get On Africa: Blog One

Wed, 06 Apr 2011

It's not every day you get to bomb around a field that was set aside for The Pope but that's exactly what we've done this morning; the first proper day of our Get On Africa adventure. We started the morning at the Riders for Health workshop where the mechanics took us through their setup and maintenance program for their bikes. The celebs ran through the basics of bike maintainance, the mechanic boasted that bikes never come back to the workshop broken, they just come in for scheduled servicing.

Video: On-board with Stoner at Sepang

Tue, 28 Feb 2012

The story of MotoGP testing has so far seen Casey Stoner maintain his dominance on the Repsol Honda. At the first test at Sepang 26 days ago - where the above footage was recorded - the 2007 and 2011 champion was the only rider to break the two minute barrier at the Malaysian circuit, ending the two-days at the track with a best time of 1:59.607.
