*****Rare 1973 Honda Elsinore 250M!***** ****Update**** It has been brought to my attention from a viewer of the bike, that it may be a 1974 Elsinore 250, not a 1973. I advertised it as labeled and could not confirm the vin # on any sites online. We are not trying to represent the bike as anything other than what it is, a restored Elsinore 250. It was listed as labeled, but as it was brought to our attention, that there are very minimal differences between the two years and production runs, and this bikes vin #'s could be in the '74 production run. If any viewers have any way to confirm the year, via vin #'s, we would appreciate any effort and assistance. I included a pic of one of the references online that I couldn't confirm with. Honda Announces 400cc Version of 500-Series Engine
Tue, 05 Feb 2013Honda has revealed a new, smaller-displacement variation of the 470cc parallel-twin engine introduced on its new CBR500, CB500F and CB500X models. The new engine has a bore of 67mm, just like Honda‘s 500-series engine, but a stroke of 56.6mm instead of the longer 66.8mm. The result is an engine displacement of 399cc, which makes the new engine a better fit for markets such as Japan license restrictions are much stricter for engines larger than 400cc.

Mon, 14 Apr 2014Reigning World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes put on a clinic this weekend, leading every lap in both races to claim a pair of wins at Spain’s Motorland Aragon circuit. Sykes’ Kawasaki teammate Loris Baz was right there with him, recording a pair of second-place podiums to give Team Green a pair of one-two finishes. Sykes and Baz were also one-two in the Superpole qualifying on this nearly flawless weekend for the Kawasaki factory team.
