*****Rare 1973 Honda Elsinore 250M!***** ****Update**** It has been brought to my attention from a viewer of the bike, that it may be a 1974 Elsinore 250, not a 1973. I advertised it as labeled and could not confirm the vin # on any sites online. We are not trying to represent the bike as anything other than what it is, a restored Elsinore 250. It was listed as labeled, but as it was brought to our attention, that there are very minimal differences between the two years and production runs, and this bikes vin #'s could be in the '74 production run. If any viewers have any way to confirm the year, via vin #'s, we would appreciate any effort and assistance. I included a pic of one of the references online that I couldn't confirm with. Tue, 02 Aug 2011Honda reported a 88.3% year-on-year decrease in net profit over its first quarter ended June 30, 2011, thanks in large part to the March 11 earthquake and ensuing tsunamis in Japan. Honda reported a profit of 31.7 billion yen (US$411.1 million) over the quarter, a fraction of the 272.4 billion yen (US$3.53 billion) reported over the same quarter last year. The decrease came mainly from a large dropoff in automobile sales. Net sales from the motorcycle division helped keep Honda in the black despite a drop in unit sales.

Mon, 03 Mar 2014Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.
