Honda CBR description

This bike is in perfect condition.  It has never been dropped, and has no scratches on it.  There are no post market upgrade or changes to the bike.  It is a 2010 Honda CBR600rr that has seen very limited use.

I'm looking to sell it because i need to buy a new car and i could do without the monthly financed payments that i currently have through american honda financial.  Its a great bike, i love it to death, unfortunately in this stage of my life, it just doesn't fit.  The title is clear, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the bike.  It would be a great addition to any fan of the open road.  If you have any questions or a best offer price, message me directly.  I will definitely work with you on shipping or your best offer when it comes to pricing.

If you want more specific pictures please let me know and i'll private message them to you.

I'm in the Chicago area. If you are in within a day's drive i'll take it to you and won't charge for gas compensation or transportation back home.  I'll also give you my Icon Jacket (M) and scorpion exo500 helmet for free along with the purchase.

Stoner explains the tank slapper

Mon, 03 Oct 2011

Casey Stoner looked all set to win at Motegi, after translating his pole position into an early race-lead. But coming over the crest on the back straight his bike momentarily lost control in a tank slapper. Regaining composure the championship leader was forced to pump his brakes to get the pads back in place, with the rear-wheel bouncing in the air he ran out of time and space to make the 90 degree right hander and was forced to run into the gravel.

Wed, 29 Feb 2012

A red warning light prevented Honda riders from taking part in the second day of MotoGP testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. While its competitors were hitting the track, Honda was forced to wait for analysis on the engine of Dani Pedrosa‘s RC213V. A red warning light on the RC213V’s dash came on late in the first day of testing, indicating a potential failure.

MotoGP Lifts Rookie Rule, Caps Factory Prototype Entries and Adjusts Other Regulations

Fri, 29 Jun 2012

As expected, MotoGP organizers have officially lifted the rule barring rookies from racing for factory teams, but the Grand Prix Commission also tweaked some other regulations including a cap on factory prototype machines. We’ve discussed the lifting of the rookie rule already, with the main impetus being to allow a manufacturer such as Honda to sign up-and-coming Moto2 star Marc Marquez when he is expected to move up to the premiere class next season. As of Jan.
