Honda CBR description
2009 Honda Cbr 1000RR, 2008 Honda CBR 1000RR for sale. I am the original owner with a clear title. As you can see I have never ridden it much. I figured if I am not going to ride it, someone else should. You will notice some slight damage on the right side. It was more of a fall over than a lay down. Most of the parts were replaced, except right side fairing and handle bar end. I just replaced the battery this summer and is due for an oil change. Only serious buyers willing to put a deposit down will be allowed to ride. The miles say it all (765 miles), it is a brand new bike. It also has a double bubble wind screen and gel seat dealer installed, and I added a fender eliminator kit. This bike has always been stored inside and until last winter was in Arizona. Has never seen one drop of rain. All calls to six two three two zero three eight four eight two. $7,000.00 6232038482

Day 11 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins, Extends Overall Lead
Thu, 16 Jan 2014Day 11 marked the longest stage to date of the Dakar Rally, as the competitors tackled the 605km (376 miles) special stage, covering a variety of terrain, hard ground, mountains, plus 120km (75 miles) of sand and dunes in the Copiapo area. Despite this, and a fall at the beginning of the stage, Marc Coma again demonstrated his status as boss of the Dakar 2014, by picking up his third victory of the year, further reinforcing his position at the top of the general standings. Five-time Dakar winner Cyril Depres opened the piste for 400km before dropping slightly to finish just 02:31 behind Marc Coma in first.
San Carlo Gresini To Field CRT Entry with Honda CBR1000RR Engine
Tue, 15 Nov 2011The San Carlo Gresini race team announced it will compete in the 2012 MotoGP World Championship as a Claiming Rules Team with a Honda CBR1000RR engine in an FTR prototype chassis. The move is a late, but unfortunately necessary change from the team’s original plan to run the factory-level Honda RC213V racebike. The late Marco Simoncelli was tabbed to ride the newest version of Honda’s MotoGP machine next season, but after his tragic death, Gresini had to find another option if it wanted to continue racing.
The World Endurance Championship Starts This Weekend
Wed, 23 Apr 2014Endurance racing is perhaps the ultimate test of both man and machine. In the past, teams would pace themselves in order to rest both elements enough to make a final push at the end. These days, however, motorcycles are more reliable than ever, and riders train like triathletes.
