Honda CBR description

Selling this 2008 HONDA CBR 1000RR for a great price. Looks a little rough but in the right hands can be perfect again. Forks/Frame/Wheels all look good and straight. I tried my best to get all damage shown in pictures. Mileage is not actual because gauges were broken off. Title shows 6,000 miles. Motorcycle starts up just fine but needs a new bank angle sensor (tip over sensor) and has to be by-passed now to start it. Also did not come with keys so that and ignition is by-passed. This can be returned to stock with the simple plugging in of a wire. You can find both of these items inexpensive right here on ebay. Please look at pictures for damage. Looked over bike and saw no fluid leaks. Two brothers exhaust still on bike. Tires are in decent condition. I have a video of motorcycle running. Do not mind the bike pictures because it was dirty. Side fairings have some damage but motorcycle has a box of parts that were taken off of it. These include

Garmin Gps mount with antenna
Scorpio Alarm
R-link (assuming it goes to scorpio alarm)
Two brothers fuel management
Speedo healer still installed
Extended swing arm
Lots of LED lighting that was taken off of bike. Some might be damaged because I never tried to turn lights on and I am not sure.

There might be other parts on there that I forgot to list.

I sell worldwide so do not hesitate. Buyer is responsible for vehicle shipping our pick up. I can also help load it.

Motorcycle sold with Salvage title.
Motorcycle sold without warranty and as is.
$500 dollar non refundable deposit required with 24 hours of auction end
Full Payment due 3 days after auction end.

Honda Tuner Mugen Motorsports to Enter 2012 TT Zero Electric Race at Isle of Man

Thu, 16 Feb 2012

Engine tuning company Mugen Motorsports announced it will compete in the TT Zero electric motorcycle race at the 2012 Isle of Man TT. Though not officially a Honda company,Mugen was founded by Hirotoshi Honda, son of Honda founder Soichiro Honda, and the company is best known for its work as an engine tuner and parts maker for Honda vehicles. The Mugen entry to the TT Zero represents possibly the closest connection so far between a traditional motorcycle OEM and the relatively new realm of electric motorcycle racing.

Motorcycle Gymkhana: The Perfect Use For A Helmet-Mounted Swivel Camera – Video

Fri, 09 Aug 2013

We’ve posted motorcycle gymkhana videos before, but this takes the production value up just a notch with the camera mounted on a swivel on the rider’s helmet! In case you aren’t familiar with this form of motorcycle competition, the course is generally set in a large parking lot type setting and is marked with cones. But this isn’t your basic rider course.

Motorcycle Beginner Diary: What I Love About Being a Motorcyclist

Mon, 06 Jun 2011

Hey folks, it’s Dennis here, Motorcycle.com‘s Designated Newbie. As documented in our Motorcycle Beginner articles (and if you haven’t read them yet, check out the Related Reading links below!) we’re taking a look at the new rider experience and what it means to be a motorcyclist. I’ve had a couple of weeks’ worth of riding on the new Honda CBR250R (more on that in our next Motorcycle Beginner article) and so far I’m having a blast.
