Honda CBR description

 photo 05.jpg

2006 Honda CBR 1000RR Motorcycle.  One of the baddest sport bikes ever built.  Honda Quality….1000cc, 180 mph bike that gets 44mpg.  It has just over 8000 miles.  Fresh oil change, brand new $100 battery and Michelin Tires.  Only issue is a 1.5” minor crack in the middle right hand cowl just behind the headlight.  Please view the photos below.  There are also some light scratches on the lower cowl and one small nick on the RH rear cowl.  Other than that this is a clean one owner Honda CBR sport bike.  100% stock motorcycle with free and clear title.  Motivated to sell so I set a low reserve!!!!!!

Need this bike shipped?  No problem!  We can ship motorcycles anywhere in the country for less than $399.  We also ship worldwide so don't hesitate to ask.  This month we successfully shipped a Yamaha R1 Raven, Suzuki GSXR and a Kawasaki Ninja. The closer you are to Michigan the lower shipping the cost.  Please call and ask for a shipping quote.

San Carlo Gresini To Field CRT Entry with Honda CBR1000RR Engine

Tue, 15 Nov 2011

The San Carlo Gresini race team announced it will compete in the 2012 MotoGP World Championship as a Claiming Rules Team with a Honda CBR1000RR engine in an FTR prototype chassis. The move is a late, but unfortunately necessary change from the team’s original plan to run the factory-level Honda RC213V racebike. The late Marco Simoncelli was tabbed to ride the newest version of Honda’s MotoGP machine next season, but after his tragic death, Gresini had to find another option if it wanted to continue racing.

Will the road-going RCV look like this?

Thu, 25 Oct 2012

Honda announced in a dry-as-you-like press release that a new bike was coming.  Not another motorcycle-cum-medical aid like the DN-01 or Integra, this is going to be a proper bike. A bike in a similar vein to previous bikes in the RC series, the RC30, RC45 and RC51, aimed squarely at winning races. So what's it going to look like?
