I have a 2006 CBR1000RR it just had tons of cosmetic upgrades done to it this past summer. New... Bacardi Fairings, windscreen, T-Rex Frame sliders and rear spools, powder coated rims, blade clutch and brake levers, under tail license plate, pig spotter 2 mirrors, and flush mount turn signals. plus a new battery and yoshimura rs-5 slip on put on. This bike was my daily driver for the past few years and runs great oil changes were done every 3000 miles or 3 months (typically the 3 months came first) with mobile 1 synthetic racing. YOU WILL NOT SEE ANOTHER BIKE AS CLEAN, MAINTAINED AND GOOD LOOKING as this bike especially for the price. Jeremy Burgess Out and Silvano Galbusera In as Valentino Rossi’s Crew Chief
Mon, 11 Nov 2013Valentino Rossi has parted ways with longtime crew chief Jeremey Burgess, ending a partnership that extended across 14 years and three different manufacturers while capturing seven MotoGP and 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.
Recall on Kuryakyn Transformer Passenger Floorboards for Honda Gold Wing
Tue, 20 Dec 2011Accessory manufacturer Küryakyn is issuing a recall on its Transformer passenger floorboards for the 2001-2011 Honda Gold Wing. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounts of the Küryakyn Transformer floorboards may crack and break free from the mounting bolts. The floorboards may unexpectedly fall off the motorcycle, potentially leading to a crash or injury.
