Honda CBR description
I'm auctioning my 2004 Honda CBR1000RR which I've owned for 3 years. It is fast and still runs like new. All the modifications only have a couple hundred miles on them. Here is the list of mods:
Slammers front fork lowering cartridges Adjustable rear lowering links Brocks lowering straps Bolt on swing arm extention 520 chain 520 sprockets -1 +2 (quick acceleration) K&N Race Air filters Yoshimura cat back exhaust New Fuel Pump Speedo Healer (with top speed memory button on dash) Gel Saddleman seat Rear fender delete Rear led brake/turn signals Aluminum kick stand (adjustable) Frame sliders Licence plate holder Rear brake line Pirelli GT Tires (great tread) Cosmetically there are a few scratches on the right lower fairing. The fairing has a few cracks around the right turn signal but is nothing serious. There is a scratch on the tank fairing. Otherwise the bike looks great for its age. The bike comes with a bunch of original parts and receipts. The only reason I'm selling the bike is because I have some bills I need to pay. I'm selling it for local pickup only. Please only bid if you're able to pick it up within a few days of the auction ending and your within 200 miles. Thanks. |

Hero Honda Rebranded as Hero MotoCorp
Tue, 09 Aug 2011Honda’s former joint venture in India has officially rebranded itself as Hero MotoCorp, revealing the company’s new logo and signaling the beginning of a new era for India’s largest motorcycle manufacturer. Formerly known as Hero Honda, the joint venture claims a share of nearly half of India’s two-wheeled vehicle market. Honda decided in late 2010 to end its 27-year partnership with India’s Hero Motors, buying out its 26% share for $855 million, about half the market price at the time.
