Rare low mileage Fireblade for auction. Everyone should experience the iconic CBR 954RR at least once in their lifetime. I have owned the bike for a year and it has been an awesome ride, but it is time to move on to something else. The bike is in good overall condition as you can tell from the photos and has had a recent fluid and spark-plug change. The bike has a Corbin saddle, D&D Slip-On exhaust, Puig racing screen and Michelen Pilot tires. She will need nothing until next season and is ready to go anywhere...fast. The bike is available for pick-up in Colorado Springs. Shipping arrangements will be the buyers responsibility but I will assist as much as possible if necessary. Payment of $500 deposit is expected within 24 hours of winning bid through Paypal and the balance in cash upon collection of the bike within 7 days. 2013 AMA Supercross Salt Lake City Race Report
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Monster Energy Kawasaki racer Ryan Villopoto demonstrated once again he is a the top of his sport, clinching his third-consecutive AMA Supercross championship. Villopoto cemented his title with a win in front of 43,149 fans at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah, his ninth main event victory of the season and 33rd in his career. Though he led every lap, Villopoto didn’t have as easy a time in Salt Lake City as he has had in some races this season.
Classic Japanese Bikes Highlight Bonhams’ Next Auction
Mon, 07 Oct 2013Bonhams’ annual fall auction, the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, at Stafford County Showground is scheduled for October 20, 2013. Included in the auction is the above pictured 1974 Kawasaki H1-RW 500cc triple. Expected to sell for approximately $96,000 to $112,000, the Japanese works Grand Prix racer is one of only two machines built by the factory for the French Kawasaki importer SIDEMM for use in the 500cc World Championship. The bikes were ridden during the 1974 season by the French endurance racing specialist Christian Léon and French-Canadian Formula 750 star Yvon Duhamel.
