Honda CBR description

Used 2001 CBR 929RR for sale.  Has all the plastics removed for the 'naked' look, but will include the plastics, including headlight.  Not sure of mileage because it was my roommates.  He moved out and left me the bike to try and get the rent for the two months left on the lease.

I have the clean title in hand and had it transferred to my name for easy sale.  Battery dead so does not run, but did run earlier this year when he was working on it.  INCREDIBLE value for anybody who knows how to fix bikes.  Easily over a $3,500, but I'm just trying to get my rent covered for the next two months.

Local pickup or delivery arranged by the buyer.  Located in the Queens, NY area

2012 Honda CBR1000RR Leaked

Thu, 18 Aug 2011

Pictures of the 2012 Honda CBR1000RR have leaked from a distributor in Hong Kong, revealing some updates including a Showa Big Piston Fork, updated display and styling facelifts. The photos show the new Honda Fireblade (as it’s known in other markets) in HRC tri-color trim which, judging from color options offered on other recent Honda models, won’t be available in the U.S. 2012 also marks the 20th year of the RR so an special anniversary paint scheme might be offered.

2012 Honda CBR1000RR First Ride

Fri, 16 Dec 2011

First some bad news: the new 2012 Honda CBR1000RR doesn’t come with traction control. The good news: It doesn’t matter. It’s still an absolute blast to ride.

475cc NS400R. Marquez and Spencer.

Winter may be here but I seem to be as busier than ever, maybe the economy is finally turning around. At my last UK track day of the year I had some fun testing this little beauty.  It’s a late eighties NS400 triple bored out to 475cc and it felt sweet as I zinged round the GP Arena track at Silverstone.   Being stripped bare to reduce weight gives it a very respectable power to weight ratio which means it could live with 600s (on the twisty bits at least).
