Honda CBR tech info
Honda CBR description
Excellent bike, very fast. Not for beginners. The XX is one extremely fast bike that is also very comfortable. It makes for an excellent sport touring machine, with an emphasis on "sport". This bike is equipped with the following modifications:
- Wilbers Racing Rear Shock with remote reservoir (Similar to Ohlins, Penske)
- K&N Filter and Jetkit
- Vance & Hines SS2R pipes
- LED backlit instrument panel
- 5000k HID High and Low Beam
- LED Turn signals
- LED Stop/ Tail Light
- Throttle Meister
- Touring Windscreen
- GIVI Trunk Rack and lockable top case (Not Pictured)
- New Tires
- Sprockets and chain replaced last summer, and have only a few thousand miles on them. The front sprocket has been reduced by 1 tooth for even more arm ripping acceleration.
Overall the bike is in great shape. With just over 35,000 miles. That is an average of only 2188+ miles per year! The CBR 1100xx is known for easily reaching 100,000 miles, and some have reached 200,000.
It will still outperform most sport bikes, and do so in comfort! The plastic is all original, and still has a brilliant shine. There are some scratches here and there, and a crack in the right side upper fairing. This could be repaired or replaced, but it isn't all that noticeable.

2014 AMA Supercross – Oakland Results
Mon, 27 Jan 2014With three different racers tasting victory in the first three rounds of the 2014 AMA Supercross Championship, the season was shaping up to be one of the deepest and most competitive fields we’ve seen. But at Round Four at O.o Coliseum in Oakland, Calif., Ryan Villopoto showed why he remains the top dog, leading each lap for his second win of the season. The Kawasaki rider only trailed at the very start of the race, as Honda rider Vince Friese took the holeshot with Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton slotting in second through the first corner.
