Cables were replaced with correct new old stock cables.  New ignition switch with a matching fork lock and four Honda keys.  New brake shoes on rear.  Rear tire is a new Dunlop Gold Seal K70 3.50x18.  A nice reproduction seat.  Tank badges / emblems are Honda new old stock.  All chrome is in good condition with no rust or pitting, with light scraches.  Mufflers are in good condition with light scratches and a few dents.  Front wheel has all new spokes.  Front and rear wheel rims have very nice chrome with light scratches.  Front tire is a Dunlop 3.25x18, it is weather cracked from age.  Front and rear wheel bearings were removed, cleaned and repacked.

The engine has a complete tune-up with valve adjustment.  New points and condenser.  New spark plugs.  Ignition timing was set.  The engine runs quite and is in excellent condition.  No oil leaks in the engine or transmission.  Transmission shifts smooth through all four gears.

The registation and tag are up to date and I have a title in my name.  I enjoy riding this bike on occasion.  It is not in new condition but is very nice for a 46 year old bike.

A peppy mid-sized scrambler with plenty of range and iconic style, that is sure to attract new and seasoned riders alike Photographer Drew Ruiz Just when you thought Honda couldn’t possibly add something new and different to its middle-range moto lineup, it surprises us with a reiteration of a previous cult classic, the CL350, best known for paving the way for the Baja 1000 back in the 70’s. This modern version of the peppy lightweight scrambler has all the goodies of Honda’s current offerings, with all the style of the paired down desert racers of the past. 2023 Honda SCL500 The SCL500 is a mid-sized scrambler-style bike that is light, approachable with plenty of get up and go on the highways or in the canyons.

2014 AMA Supercross – Oakland Results

Mon, 27 Jan 2014

With three different racers tasting victory in the first three rounds of the 2014 AMA Supercross Championship, the season was shaping up to be one of the deepest and most competitive fields we’ve seen. But at Round Four at O.o Coliseum in Oakland, Calif., Ryan Villopoto showed why he remains the top dog, leading each lap for his second win of the season. The Kawasaki rider only trailed at the very start of the race, as Honda rider Vince Friese took the holeshot with Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton slotting in second through the first corner.
