Honda CB description

This 47 year old 1967 Superhawk is in great condition. I purchased the bike about 10 years ago from elderly original owner. I have enjoyed the bike immensely and now want someone else to have the same satisfaction this bike offers. It has never been restored, every part is original except for new tires& tubes and tires. Even the original badges are in excellent condition. I have recently seen an original pair of badges selling for as much as $800.00. The original black paint is in very good condition and all parts work including tach, speedo, electric starter etc. And...the bike has only 8900 original miles. I have a clear current title in my name I will easily transfer to buyer. Please zoom in on the attached photos for details.

The buyer is responsible for pick up and/or shipping. I will be happy to assist with this.
Please feel free to call or text me with any questions at 972-567-6264. I want the buyer to be totally comfortable (and excited) with this machine. A true classic that has brought back so many memories from my high school days when I owned one! Good luck bidding!

Results From Day 1 Of World Supersport Testing At Phillip Island

Mon, 17 Feb 2014

Despite losing the World Supersport title last year to a hard-charging Sam Lowes, Mahi Racing Team India’s Kenan Sofuoglu, aboard his Kawasaki ZX-6R, hasn’t lost any of the pace that has made him the overwhelming favorite heading into 2014. He topped the timesheets on the first day of testing at Phillip Island, setting a time of 1:33.521, putting him at near lap-record pace. Second on the day was Dutchman Michael van der Mark, aboard the Pata Honda CBR600RR.

Suzuka Eight Hour capers

Mon, 05 Sep 2011

Chatting to TT legend John McGuiness recently about his first Suzuka Eight Hour experience got me thinking of a few capers the boys and me managed a few years back at what is still Japan's most important race of the season. It is a unique event that starts at 11am and finishes at 7pm making  it a pukka endurance race as the last hour is run with headlights on in the dark. It is essentially an eight hour sprint that showcases the trickest endurance machinery and manufacturer’s sales can be affected the following year depending on who wins or loses.

Dealer Expo 2010: Yoshimura R-77 Slip-On Exhaust

Mon, 15 Feb 2010

Yoshimura is playing to the green movement with its new R-77 slip-on canister with integral catalytic converter. The version ready for the 2008-09 Honda CBR1000RR is claimed to be three pounds lighter than stock and offers a big bump in midrange power. Most importantly to the greenies, however, is that it produces fewer emissions than other performance mufflers.
