Honda CB description

For Sale: 1983 Honda CB1100F

Only 22,000 Miles, Starts and runs although I'm sure its due for a carb cleaning. Collectors bike that was only made for one year although Honda brought it back in 2015. Only one prior owner, who added supersport exhaust, and CR Racing Carbs which retail over $500 alone. This sale will include the bikes original handlebars and carburetor.

The bike is in great condition giving its age, although its not perfect. The gas tank was cleaned/professionally lined about a year ago. Physical damage to the bike includes a small scuff and crack on the front fairing (Shown in photo) and small crack in rear fairing (Also shown)

Feel free to contact with any questions.

Looking to buy a new bike so I am selling some of my vintage stuff.

Report: Dorna to Replace Superstock Classes with More Stock-Inspired WSBK and New 250cc Class

Mon, 07 Jan 2013

The coming World Superbike racing season may be the last to feature Superstock classes as series promoter Dorna tries to differentiate its WSBK and MotoGP properties. According to Italian outlet Motosprint, Dorna plans to rewrite the World Superbike and Supersport class rulebooks for the 2014 season to make the race bikes closer to their respective production models. This would create further separation between WSBK and MotoGP, with Superbike racing moving closer to its production-based roots while prototypes racing in the GP series.

MotoGP to Re-Visit Rookie Rule

Tue, 19 Jun 2012

MotoGP organizers are re-opening discussion for the series’ rookie rule which prevents new riders from entering the series with factory teams. Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents  they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.
