This is an original 1983 Honda CB1100F The bike has brand new tires, Vance and Hines header and pipe, original seat with strap. The bike fires right up runs, and idles but could use some fine tuning due to the elevation change coming from Pensylvania and arriving at sea level. Great bike runs fast and strong, excellent braking and handling. Looks great, stands out in a crowd and is a blast to ride. All that and 40-45 miles-per-gallon in-town, hard to beat. Honda Reports Q2 2011-2012 Results – Record Motorcycle Sales While Auto Sales Plummet
Mon, 31 Oct 2011Honda reports a 20.0% year-on-year increase in motorcycle and ATV sales over the second quarter ended Sept. 30, 2011. Despite a record second quarter for motorcycle sales, Honda saw a drop in net profit due to struggling auto sales and the aftereffects of the Japanese earthquake in March and flooding in Thailand.
Spies Second at Sepang Test Day Two; Lorenzo Third
Wed, 01 Feb 2012Yamaha factory rider Ben Spies led for most to the second day of MotoGP testing at Sepang before settling for the second best lap the time sheets behind defending World Champion Casey Stoner. Spies rode 37 laps and recorded a time of 2:01.052, which stood as the fastest lap in the morning session. That time was surpassed later in the afternoon by Repsol Honda rider Stoner by 0.157 seconds.
