SOME PARTS LOOK NEW. SURFACE RUST THAT CAN EASILY BE REMOVED ON OTHER PARTS.WHEELS LOOK VERY GOOD. MOTOR IS NOT RUNNING AND WILL NEED REPAIR. I HAVE BILL OF SALE FROM AUCTION.
