Honda CB description

1981 Honda CB 750C, Honda 1981 CB 750C 52,000 miles. Classic UJM called by some, The Motorcycle of the Century. In great condition: runs well, new tires, battery, carbs re-built and valve job done recently. Tank is original paint, chrome fenders and four pipes are in good condition. Added Honda side boxes and top box from a CB 900. This bike is looking for a craftsman to restore it or customize it, but it is a fine daily rider as is always quick plus 50+mpg. $2,300.00 803-631-2575

2013 Mugen Shinden Ni Electric Race Bike Revealed

Fri, 10 May 2013

Noted Honda tuning company Mugen has revealed the second generation version of its electric racebike which will race in the TT Zero at the 2013 Isle of Man TT. The Shinden Ni (“Shinden” meaning “God of Electricity” while “Ni” is the number two in Japanese) will once again be ridden by 19-time TT winner John McGuinness. Mugen has been working on the Shinden Ni since last year’s TT Zero, using data collected in the race and during tests at circuits in Japan.

Simon and Leo

If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.

Bradl's Red Bull Honda for Indy

Fri, 17 Aug 2012

At the Indianapolis MotoGP Stefan Bradl's LCR Honda will be sporting this one-off Red Bull livery. The MotoGP rookie has been impressive so far in his debut year with a fantastic riding style. So hopefully he'll continue his run of form and encourage the energy drink giant to stay on board, as the colours look smart on the Honda RC213V.
