1980 HONDA CM400A

HONDAMATIC AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

Honda offer the Hondamatic (automatic) transmission in a 400 class motorcycle from 1978-1983. They are a great bike for new riders that are having a hard time getting used to using a clutch.

The good news, is has good tires, chain, sprockets, and brakes. The fenders, side covers, gas tank, seat, handlebars and levers are all original. Everything is straight. It has a Honda adjustable backrest with luggage rack, engine guards, windshield, and rear trunk.

The bad news. It has been repainted (not the best job, but certainly not the worst I've seen). Some minor corrosion on some parts. Starts hard (may need a carb clean and new spark plugs).

My name is Kevin and I handle the e bay sales for BMW Motorcycles of Milwaukee. During business hours (M-F 9am-6pm cst) I can be reached at 414-358-2465 or email me.
