These two bikes are being sold for PARTS or PROJECT. (NO TITLE FOR EITHER ONE) Parts bikes. You see them how I found them a few years back, BARN FRESH. Engine does not turn over on the bike with wheels. Engine turns over on the one with no wheels on it. Bikes has dents, scratches and rust, sold as PARTS OR PROJECT! If you have questions please ask them before you bid. You get what you see in the pictures. $100 down within 24 hours of auction end with Paypal. Balance due within 10 days after auction end with BANK TRANSFER or CASH at pickup. I WILL NOT ship this, for pickup only. It can be picked up in Bucyrus, Ohio 44820. Hero Moto Unveils Leap Hybrid Scooter Concept, Claims 235 MPG

Indian manufacturer and former Honda partner Hero MotoCorp has unveiled a new hybrid scooter prototype at the 2012 Auto Expo in New Delhi. The Hero Leap runs on a series hybrid powertrain with the battery-powered electric motor providing most of the power and the gasoline engine acting as a range extender, charging the battery and supplying power when the battery runs low. Hero claims fuel economy of up to 100 km/l, which translates to an eye-popping 235 mpg.

Italian Authorities Seize Alleged Knockoffs from EICMA Show – Again

In what’s become somewhat of a dubious EICMA tradition, Italian authorities have seized scooters from various show exhibitors because their designs allegedly infringed on the designs of other manufacturers. Back in 2011, authorities seized a three-wheeled scooter called the Yiben YB 250 ZKT because it was deemed to resemble the Piaggio MP3. Last year, authorities seized six models from five exhibitors that allegedly infringed on the trademarked design of Vespa scooters.
