This is a 1979 Honda CB750. That received a full makeover. From paint to modern suspension and brake upgrades then matched with wheels and tires and a +6 swing arm and a set of race pipes. This is definitely and old school meets new school bike that shows cool features of both eras. The bike rides extremely well with the new suspension it is really comfortable. That is the bonus of adjustable forks and a coilover rear upgrade. I am still working on the tune a little but it is rideable as it sits. The front end conversion parts, Brakes and wheels and tires are from a 06' 1000RR. The swingarm was custom built for this bike. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. San Carlo Gresini To Field CRT Entry with Honda CBR1000RR Engine
Tue, 15 Nov 2011The San Carlo Gresini race team announced it will compete in the 2012 MotoGP World Championship as a Claiming Rules Team with a Honda CBR1000RR engine in an FTR prototype chassis. The move is a late, but unfortunately necessary change from the team’s original plan to run the factory-level Honda RC213V racebike. The late Marco Simoncelli was tabbed to ride the newest version of Honda’s MotoGP machine next season, but after his tragic death, Gresini had to find another option if it wanted to continue racing.
Honda CBR300R Confirmed for Canada for 2015
Tue, 01 Apr 2014It’s taken a while, but the Honda CBR300R has finally been confirmed for North America, as Honda Canada announced it would be available in the fall as a 2015 model. American Honda has yet to announced whether it would offer the CBR300R, but with today’s announcement of the NM4 and PCX150, we expect the CBR250R replacement will also be coming a a 2015 model. Official 2014 MotoGP Entry List Released
Fri, 28 Feb 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released the official entry list for the 2014 MotoGP Championship including 23 riders representing 13 teams. The final entry list also lists each rider’s status as either a Open or Factory class rider. The eight Factory riders are allowed to use their teams’ own proprietary ECU software but are otherwise limited by a freeze on engine development, a limit of five engines for the whole season and just 5.3 gallons of fuel per race.
