For Sale is my 1978 Honda CB400 Hawk Type II This bike is beautiful!! The bike has been pampered its' entire life. Garage kept. Maintained as it should be. The bike starts up instantly with the electric start, or, kick start if you desire. The bike runs perfect!! Drives perfect! These bikes are very cool. The bike has recently had the following things done to it: oil changed, new plugs, tune up, new battery, new chain, carbs removed and cleaned, valves adjusted, brand new set of tires, front disc brake fluid changed and properly bled, counter balance chain adjusted. This is one of the nicest Honda Hawks anywhere. I would ride it anywhere!! 395 c.c., 43 hp, 4 stroke twin cylinder, 5-speed transmission, easy bike to ride and learn on, yet will cruise all day at freeway speeds. Thu, 01 Mar 2012Missing a day of testing didn’t appear to have a negative effect on Honda riders Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa. After missing the second day of testing because of a potential engine problem, the Repsol Honda riders were back on the track for Day 3 where they regained the top two spots on the time sheets. Honda held back Stoner and Pedrosa as well as satellite team riders Alvaro Bautista and Stefan Bradl yesterday to investigate an engine warning light that lit up on the dash of Pedrosa’s RC213V on Day 1.

The Japanese proposed a warning system about the danger that lies in wait for the driver in the blind zone. Honda engineers have proposed equipping the motorcycle with cameras and radars that will detect dangerous proximity to another vehicle or pedestrian and warn the driver through light indication or tactile feedback.
