1978 Honda 550cb bobber. This bike is one of a kind. The bike has a 550cc carbed inline 4 cylinder motor. It has a hard tail rear end. Mileage on odometer reads 30xxx miles but is not accurate, bought a used speedo/odometer on ebay when redoing bike. Alot of customization done to this bike. There is a little surface rust on the rims and handle bars as shown in the pictures. There is a few scratches or dings in the paint. Bike has the usual wear and tear of a normal bike. It has straight pipes making it a quite loud bike. any questions please ask NO WARRANTY AND NO REFUNDS, bike must be picked up within 1 week of sale. Honda CB500F, CB500X and CBR500R Recall Affects 6,954 Units in US
Mon, 10 Mar 2014As we expected following similar recalls in Australia and Japan, American Honda has announced a recall campaign on the 2013 CB500F, CB500X and CBR500R because of a risk of oil leaking from the engine. The recall affects 6,954 units in the U.S. including ABS and non-ABS models.
Frog eBike – the Electric Successor to 1985 Frog FZ750 Concept
Tue, 03 Apr 2012San Francisco-based Frog Design released images of a new electric motorcycle concept, just as its influential Yamaha FZ750-based Rana concept gets enshrined at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Frog designer Jin Soek Hwang prepared the Frog eBike concept as an expression of how electric motor technology can influence motorcycle design. In a post on Frog’s blog, the designer says he was inspired in part by Frog’s 1985 FZ750 Rana concept (pictured after the jump).
