Honda CB description

1978 HONDA CB750F FOUR SUPER SPORT - **NO TITLE**

These highly desirable motorcycles are becoming harder and harder to find. This is a true "barn find" and is being sold just as it was found, dirt and all! To be clear, this bike has NO TITLE. The bike is not stolen, I was told the title was lost at some point over the years. This bike has only 15,093 miles and the engine cranks over well, both with kick start and electric start when hooked to a battery (battery missing). The bike starts right up on starting fluid and sounds good, but is not running on it's own. The gas tank is empty and the fuel line and throttle/choke cables are disconnected. None of the brakes work and there is no drive chain. The paint is original but in poor condition and there is plenty of rust, dirt, scratches, and wear throughout the bike. The gas tank looks solid with no dents and for the most part clean inside, just a little surface rust (see photo). The seat is in good condition with no tears, just dirty. The bike has a Windjammer front fairing and MAC exhaust. This bike will definitely need plenty of work, and there are sure to be more issues that I am not aware of. It would be great for restoration, custom project, or for parts. Please review all photos and ask any questions you may have. This is a NO RESERVE auction and the bike will sell to the highest bidder!

Please Note:  I have only done a basic visual inspection of the bike. There are sure to be more issues that I am not aware of. I am a Top Rated eBay seller with excellent feedback and I am always 100% honest. You are welcome to come and see the bike in person and ask any questions you may have.

I have shipped vehicles around the country and overseas and will be happy to help if need be. The shipping process is really quite simple. I can also deliver for a fee, please contact for details.

On the 11th January 1962, Steve Hislop was born in Hawick, Scotland. Today would have been his 50th birthday, but he was tragically killed in a helicopter accident in 2003. Hizzy was a genius on a motorbike and when he was happy with everything around him, he was amongst the best in the world.

The 2013 MotoGP Championship has taken a dramatic turn after defending champion Jorge Lorenzo broke his collarbone in a high-speed crash during practice for this weekend’s TT Assen in the Netherlands. The Yamaha factory rider was the overall leader after a dry morning practice session. The afternoon was rainy however, creating slippery conditions.

EICMA 2013: 2014 Honda VFR800F

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

Gracing the new 2014 VFR800F is traction control, ABS, heated grips, adjustable seat height and self-canceling blinkers. The V-Four-powered machine has been re-tuned  for greater low and mid-range torque, and also receives a new telescopic fork, Pro-arm swingarm, wheels, new, slimmer bodywork and styling. Starting with the 782cc V4-VTEC engine, Honda engineers focused mainly on cam timing and valve duration/overlap to increase low-to midrange power and torque, claiming 104.5 hp @ 10,250 rpm and 55.4 ft-lbs of torque @ 8,500 rpm. Bore and stroke is 72mm x 48mm, with compression ratio of 11.8:1. VTEC valve timing still operates one pair of inlet/exhaust valves per cylinder at low rpm, and then switches to four as revs rise. Honda’s single-mode Traction Control System (TCS) is fitted as standard equipment and is operated from the left handlebar.
