Honda CB description
UP FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION AND BID IS A 1977 CB750K'77 FOUR K MOTORCYCLE. 34,955 2 OWNER MILES. SPORTING THE ORIGINAL HONDA EXCEL BROWN PAINT. WE BOUGHT IT AS A STARTER BIKE FOR MY WIFE IN MARCH. THIS IS A GREAT BIKE TO LEARN TO RIDE OR FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO RIDE SOMETHING FUN AND CLASSIC IN THE CITY ITS PERFECT. WE PURCHASED IT WITH 33,636 MILES ON IT. SHE TOOK TO RIDING LIKE A BABY BIRD SO WE JUST BOUGHT HER A 2001 HONDA VALKYRIE. SO THE CB750 NEEDS A NEW HOME. THE BULLET PROOF SOHC FOUR ENGINE STARTS FIRST TRY AND RUNS EXCELLENT! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST RUNNING BIKES THAT I'VE COME ACROSS IN MY 37 YEARS OF RIDING. THIS BIKE SCREAMS AND IS VERY FAST! STARTS EASY AND COMES OFF THE CHOKE NICE. ELECTRIC OR KICK START BOTH WORK WELL. NO EXHAUST SMOKE OR OIL LEAKS OF ANY KIND. THE 5 SPEED TRANSMISSION SHIFTS GREAT. THE CLUTCH FEELS STRONG. THE REPLACEMENT SEAT COVER AND SEAT PAN IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. ALSO INCLUDED IS THE ORIGINAL HONDA TOOL KIT AND THE OWNERS MANUAL THAT'S MOUNTED UNDER THE SEAT. THIS BIKE HAS A A/M CRUISE CONTROL ADDED AND A SET OF MAC 4 INTO 2 CHROME SIDE PIPES INSTALLED, IT REALLY SOUNDS GREAT! THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKES WORK EXCELLENT. THE INSIDE OF THE FUEL TANK IS VERY CLEAN WITH NO RUST. WE ADDED NEW PROGRESSIVE BLACK SHOCKS. (STILL HAVE ORIGINALS TOO) UNIVERSAL WIND SCREEN EASY TO REMOVE ON AND OFF. ALL OF THE LIGHTS AND THE HORN WORK. THE LT AND RT SIDE COVER'S ARE A/M REPLACEMENTS AND FIT GOOD BUT THERE IS NO SIDE COVER EMBLEMS. A NEW BATTERY WAS RECENTLY INSTALLED. THE FRONT AND REAR TIRE AND TUBE'S HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND HIGH SPEED BALANCED. DONT LET THE MILES SCARE YOU. THE PREVIOUS OWNER NOTED ALL OF THE MAINTENACE THAT WAS DONE ON THE BIKE OVER THE YEARS, PAGE AFTER PAGE, IN THE BACK OF THE OWNERS MANUAL. THIS IS NOT A BARN FIND IT HAS BEEN WELL CARED FOR SINCE DAY ONE. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A 39 YEAR OLD CLASSIC HONDA AND THERE IS A MINOR DING OR TW0, MINOR SCRATCHES, CHIPS AND MINOR SURFACE RUST HERE AND THERE. THE CHROME IS IN HIGHER THAN AVERAGE CONDITION FOR THE AGE. ALL THIS IS TO BE EXPECTED ON A UNRESTORED CLASSIC HONDA. ENJOY THIS AS IS OR TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL, IT'S YOUR CALL. WE DID TUNE UP, OIL CHANGE, BRAKE & CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT 1300 MILES AGO ITS READY TO RIDE. THESE CB750'S ARE GETTING VERY HARD TO FIND, IN THIS CONDITION. DUE TO THE AGE THIS BIKE WILL BE SOLD IN "AS IS" CONDITION. I DO HAVE THE ORIGINAL CLEAN, AND CLEAR TEXAS TITLE IN HAND. I AM WILLING TO STORE THE BIKE FOR UP TO 3 WEEKS, IF PAID IN FULL UNTIL PICKUP CAN BE ARRANGED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL Gregg AT (828) 301-1240 THE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL OWN THIS CLASSIC AT THE AUCTION'S END. THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOOD LUCK BIDDING. BID TO WIN! |
